Reimbursement instructions

COMETA offers financial support to attend our in-person events, consisting of

  • a long-distance travel reimbursement
    travel tickets for distances above 100km are reimbursed on an actual-expense basis, up to a maximum.
  • a daily allowance
    accommodation, meals, participation fee and local travel tickets (for distances below 100 km) are reimbursed as a flat amount, which is computed from a daily base value established event by event, multiplied by a weight that depends on the actual dates and times of travel, and roughly coincides with the numbers of nights spanned by the trip.

Please contact as soon as possible the organizers of the event and consult to the COST Derogation Guidelines.
